Ingredients:

2 slices of bread
2 slices of cooked bacon
1/2 grilled chicken breast, sliced into strips
1/4 avocado, mashed into a paste
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Place the bacon in the skillet and cook until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
Spread the mashed avocado onto one slice of bread.
Spread the mayonnaise onto the other slice of bread.
Place the chicken strips on top of the avocado spread slice of bread.
Top with the bacon slices and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the other slice of bread on top and press down lightly to secure it in place.
Place the sandwich in the preheated skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
