Ingredients:

60g gluten
free flour blend
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
30g butter, cold and cubed
30ml milk of choice (dairy or non
dairy)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder and salt.
Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add the milk and stir until just combined.
Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently until it forms a ball.
Roll out to about 1/2 inch thick and cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter or glass rimmed with flour.
Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
