Ingredients:

2 portobello mushrooms, sliced into 1/4 inch thick slices
2 slices of your favorite cheese (cheddar, Swiss, etc.)
2 slices of bread (whole wheat or white)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking Instructions:
