Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 ounces of roasted turkey breast, sliced thin
2 tablespoons of prepared stuffing mix
1 tablespoon of cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon of butter or margarine, softened

Cooking Instructions:

Spread butter or margarine on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices butter-side down in a skillet over medium heat.
Layer the turkey slices on one slice of bread and top with the stuffing mix. Spread the cranberry sauce over the top. Place the other slice of bread on top, butter-side up.
Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and flip over to cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
