Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 slices of cheddar cheese
2 slices of cooked bacon
1 jalapeno pepper, sliced into thin strips
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Place the two slices of bread on a cutting board. Top each slice with one slice of cheese and then the bacon and jalapeno strips. Place the other slice of cheese on top and then close the sandwich.
Brush both sides of the sandwich with melted butter.
