Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 slices of turkey breast deli meat
2 slices of Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons of cranberry mayo spread
1 teaspoon of butter or margarine (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Spread butter or margarine on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices butter-side down on a plate.
Spread cranberry mayo on the other side of each slice of bread.
Place the turkey and Swiss cheese slices on one slice of bread. Top with the other slice of bread, mayo-side down.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in it. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Cut in half and serve warm. Enjoy!
