Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 tablespoons of butter, softened
1/2 cup of pulled pork
1/4 cup of coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spread the butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices in the skillet, butter side down. Cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Flip the slices over and top each slice with pulled pork, coleslaw mix, and shredded cheese. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove from heat and serve warm. Enjoy!
