Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
1/2 cup roasted sweet potato cubes
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter or margarine for spreading on the bread slices
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread butter or margarine on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
Place the slices of bread in the skillet, butter side down.
