Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 slices of cheddar cheese
1 tomato, sliced into thin rounds

5 fresh basil leaves, chopped finely
1 tablespoon butter or margarine for cooking

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter or margarine and let it melt.
Place the two slices of bread in the skillet and top each slice with one slice of cheese.
Place the tomato slices on top of one slice of bread and sprinkle with the chopped basil leaves.
Top with the other slice of bread and press down lightly to help seal the sandwich together.
Cook for about 5 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and crispy. Flip over carefully and cook for an additional 5 minutes until both sides are golden brown and crispy and the cheese has melted completely.
Remove from heat and serve warm. Enjoy!
