Ingredients:

2 slices of bacon
2 ounces of grilled chicken breast, sliced into strips
1 ciabatta roll
2 tablespoons of ranch dressing
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Add the sliced grilled chicken to the skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Cut the ciabatta roll in half lengthwise and spread each side with ranch dressing.
Place the cooked chicken strips on one side of the roll followed by the bacon slices. Top with the other half of the roll and press down lightly to secure everything together.
Heat a griddle or panini press over medium-high heat and place the sandwich on it. Grill for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown on both sides.
Slice in half and serve warm!
