Ingredients:

2 slices of roasted turkey (50g)
2 slices of brie cheese (50g)
1 apple, sliced (100g)
1 croissant (100g)
1 tablespoon butter (15g)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
Slice the croissant in half lengthwise and spread butter on each side. Place the croissant halves on a baking sheet.
Layer the roasted turkey, brie cheese, and apple slices onto one half of the croissant. Top with the other half of the croissant.
