Ingredients:

2 slices of rye bread
2 slices of smoked pastrami
2 slices of Swiss cheese
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of butter (optional)

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the pastrami and cheese on one slice of bread and top with the other slice.
If desired, spread butter on the outside of the sandwich.
Place the sandwich in the preheated skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
