Ingredients:

2 slices of raisin bread
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 pear, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons brown sugar
2 ounces brie cheese, sliced into thin pieces

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter and swirl to coat the pan.
Add the pear slices and sprinkle with brown sugar. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the pears are caramelized and lightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
Place one slice of raisin bread in the skillet and top with brie cheese slices. Place the other slice of raisin bread on top of the brie cheese slices and press down lightly to flatten it out.
Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown on one side then flip over to cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted inside.
Remove from heat and top with caramelized pear slices before serving warm.
