Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 avocado, sliced
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spread the butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices butter side down onto the skillet.
Top one slice with the bacon and avocado slices. Sprinkle the cheese over the top. Place the other slice of bread on top, butter side up.
Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown on one side then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
