Ingredients:

150g gluten
free flour blend
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
100ml warm water

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder and salt.
Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
