Ingredients:

2 slices of multigrain bread
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
2 ounces of fontina cheese, sliced or shredded
1/2 cup of fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the butter or margarine to the pan and let it melt.
Place the two slices of bread in the pan and let them toast for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Add the fontina cheese to one slice of bread and top with the spinach leaves. Place the other slice of bread on top to make a sandwich.
Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sandwich is golden brown on both sides.
Remove from heat and serve warm. Enjoy!
