Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 tablespoons of butter, softened
2 tablespoons of fig jam
2 ounces of goat cheese, crumbled

Cooking Instructions:

Spread one side of each slice of bread with butter. Place one slice in the skillet, butter side down. Spread the other slice with fig jam and top with crumbled goat cheese. Place the other slice of bread on top, butter side up.
