Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Spread one side of each slice of bread with butter. Place one slice in the skillet, butter side down. Top with mushrooms and Swiss cheese. Place the other slice of bread on top, butter side up.
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted. Flip the sandwich over and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
Serve hot and enjoy!
