Ingredients:

2 slices of whole wheat bread
2 tablespoons of apricot jam
2 ounces of brie cheese, sliced thin
4 ounces of grilled chicken breast, sliced thin

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the apricot jam on one side of each slice of bread.
