Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
1/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup of grated jalapeño pepper

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the melted butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the slices of bread in the skillet, butter side down.
Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese and jalapeño pepper onto one slice of bread.
Place the other slice of bread on top, butter side up.

Flip the sandwich over and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted through.
