Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tablespoons of butter, melted
1/2 cup of kale, chopped and sautéed in olive oil
1/4 cup of grated gruyere cheese

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread the melted butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the slices of bread butter side down onto the skillet.
Top one slice with the sautéed kale and gruyere cheese.
Place the other slice of bread on top, butter side up.
Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Flip the sandwich over and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
