Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 slices of smoked gouda cheese
2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Place the two slices of bread on a cutting board. Spread the melted butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the two slices of cheese on one slice of bread and top with the crumbled bacon. Top with the other slice of bread, butter side up.
Place the sandwich in the preheated skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
