Ingredients:

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 ounces of brie cheese, sliced or cubed
1 tablespoon of butter, melted

Cooking Instructions:

Spread the melted butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place the slices butter-side down onto the preheated skillet.
