Ingredients:

1/2 cup raw cashews
2 cups vegetable broth
1 cup chopped broccoli florets
1/4 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes

Cooking Instructions:

Soak the cashews in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
