Ingredients:

150g chicken breast, diced
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1/2 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the garlic and ginger to the pan and cook for another minute.
Add the bean sprouts and mushrooms to the pan and cook for 3 minutes until softened.
Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce to the pan and stir to combine all ingredients together. Cook for another 5 minutes until everything is cooked through.
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles of your choice. Enjoy!
