Ingredients:

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 tablespoons of all
purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of olive oil or vegetable oil for frying
1/4 cup of panko breadcrumbs

Cooking Instructions:

In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Dip the chicken breast into the flour mixture and coat it evenly on both sides.
Place the chicken in the hot oil and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
Place the panko breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl or plate and press each side of the chicken into them until evenly coated on both sides.
Return the chicken to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
