Ingredients:

1 cup broccoli florets, chopped into small pieces
1/2 cup vegan cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons vegan butter or margarine
1/4 cup all
purpose flour
2 cups vegetable broth or stock
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a large pot over medium heat, melt the vegan butter or margarine.
Add the chopped broccoli florets and sauté for 3 minutes until softened.
