Ingredients:

120g boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
Place the chicken breast in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken until it is evenly coated.
Place the bag in a sous vide bath set to 140°F (60°C) for 2 hours.
Remove the chicken from the bag and discard any remaining marinade. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
