Ingredients:

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
1/2 cup uncooked white rice
2 cups chicken broth or stock
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced celery stalks
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the chicken broth or stock. Bring to a boil.
Add the uncooked rice and stir until combined. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked through.
Add the carrots, celery, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to the pot and stir until combined. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Add the cooked chicken breast to the pot and stir until combined. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes or until heated through.
