Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups vegetable broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups spinach leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
