Ingredients:

2 eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small loaf pan with olive oil.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and olive oil until combined.
Add almond flour, baking powder and salt and mix until combined.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
