1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup cooked white rice

Cooking Instructions:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken cubes and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the flour and stir to combine with the remaining oil in the pan. Cook for about 2 minutes until lightly browned. Slowly add in the chicken broth while stirring constantly to avoid lumps from forming. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Add in the butter and stir until melted then add back in the cooked chicken cubes. Simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes until everything is heated through.
Serve over cooked white rice with extra gravy on top if desired. Enjoy!
