Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 135°F (57°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper until combined.
Place your protein of choice into a sous vide bag and add the herb rub mixture. Seal the bag using the water displacement method or vacuum sealer.
Place the sealed bag into the preheated water bath and cook for 1 hour.
Remove from the water bath and serve immediately with your favorite sides or toppings. Enjoy!
