Ingredients:

1 turkey breast (approx. 500g)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 145°F/63°C.
Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
Place the seasoned turkey breast in a vacuum sealed bag and place it in the preheated water bath for 2 hours.
Remove the turkey from the bag and pat dry with paper towels before slicing or serving as desired.
