Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts (cut into strips)
1 cup all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs (beaten)
¼ cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Cooking Instructions:

In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper.
Dip each chicken strip into the egg mixture and then coat in the flour mixture.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken strips for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or as is!
