Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts (500g)
2 tablespoons of olive oil (30ml)
1 teaspoon of garlic powder (5ml)
1 teaspoon of paprika (5ml)
1 teaspoon of cumin (5ml)
1 teaspoon of chili powder (5ml)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C.
Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and place them in a bowl.
Add the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper to the bowl and mix until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Place the chicken cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown on top.
