Ingredients:

1 croissant
2 slices of ham
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter or oil for cooking the egg
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Add the butter or oil to the pan.
Crack the egg into the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the egg is cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
Meanwhile, split the croissant in half lengthwise and place on a plate or cutting board.
Place the ham slices on one side of the croissant and top with the cooked egg.
Place the other half of the croissant on top of the egg and press down lightly to close it up.
