Ingredients:

50g of peanut butter
25g of honey or maple syrup (or a sugar
free alternative)
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
50g of plain flour

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark
In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey or maple syrup and cinnamon until well combined.
Add in the flour and mix until a dough forms.
Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
