Ingredients:

200g crab meat
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives leaves
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons all
purpose flour
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying

Cooking Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley leaves, chives leaves, garlic powder and black pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape each part into a patty.
Place the flour in a shallow dish and the breadcrumbs in another shallow dish. Dip each patty into the flour first then into the breadcrumbs to coat it evenly on both sides.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry each patty for about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Remove from heat and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or condiment of choice!
