Ingredients:

100g self
raising flour
50g butter, chilled and cubed
50ml milk

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/Gas
Place the flour in a bowl and add the butter cubes. Rub together with your fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Add the milk and mix together until it forms a soft dough.
Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and roll out to 1cm thick. Cut out circles using a 5cm cutter and place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
