Ingredients:

150g all
purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
120g butter, melted and cooled slightly
100g white sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
120ml buttermilk
200g fresh blueberries

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar until combined. Beat in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated. Stir in the vanilla extract and buttermilk until combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined (do not overmix). Gently fold in the blueberries until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
