Ingredients:

2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 4 ounces each)

Cooking Instructions:

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, salt and lemon juice.
Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Turn the chicken to coat it evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan over medium heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade. Grill the chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
