Ingredients:

1 rabbit leg (approx. 500g)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of fresh thyme leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 54°C.
Rub the rabbit leg with the garlic and olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the leg in a vacuum-sealed bag and add the thyme leaves.
Place the bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 2 hours.
Remove from the water bath and serve immediately with your favorite sides.
