Ingredients:

500g strong white bread flour
7g fast
action yeast
10g salt
300ml lukewarm water
25ml olive oil

Cooking Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, yeast and salt. Add the lukewarm water and olive oil and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it is smooth and elastic. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and leave to rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan/Gas Mark
Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured surface and shape into an oval loaf. Place on a baking tray lined with baking parchment and leave to prove for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Leave to cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
