Ingredients:

2 slices of white bread
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
1/4 cup of mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine for cooking

Cooking Instructions:

In a shallow bowl whisk together the eggs and milk until combined.
Spread the cream cheese on one side of each slice of bread.
Place the mixed berries on top of the cream cheese on one slice of bread.
Place the other slice of bread on top to form a sandwich.
Dip the sandwich into the egg mixture so that both sides are coated evenly with egg mixture.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add butter or margarine to it.
Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through.
