Ingredients:

2 large tomatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 85°C (185°F).
In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, oregano and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the mixture into a sous vide bag and seal it tightly.
Place the bag into the preheated water bath and cook for 1 hour.
Remove the bag from the water bath and carefully open it up. Transfer the contents of the bag into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
