Ingredients:

1 chicken breast (150g)
2 slices of ham (50g)
2 slices of Swiss cheese (50g)
2 tablespoons of all
purpose flour (20g)
1 tablespoon of butter (15g)
1 tablespoon of olive oil (15ml)
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
Place chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound with a meat mallet until it is an even thickness.
Place ham and cheese slices on top of the chicken breast and roll up tightly. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
Place flour in a shallow bowl and season with salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken roll in the flour until evenly coated on all sides.
Heat butter and olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat until melted and bubbling. Add the chicken roll to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown on all sides.
Transfer skillet to preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into 1 inch thick pieces to serve.
