Ingredients:

2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 183°F (83°C).
Place the potato slices in a vacuum seal bag and add the olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Seal the bag using the water displacement method or a vacuum sealer.
Place the sealed bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Remove the bag from the water bath and carefully open it. Drain off any excess liquid from the bag before transferring the potatoes to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C). Place the baking sheet with potatoes in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
