Ingredients:

200g asparagus spears
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat your sous vide water bath to 85°C.
Trim the ends off the asparagus spears and place them in a vacuum seal bag with the olive oil, salt and pepper.
Seal the bag using a vacuum sealer or the water displacement method.
Place the sealed bag in the preheated water bath and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove from the water bath and serve immediately.
