Ingredients:

120g lean beef mince
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
100g mushrooms, sliced
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari sauce
1/2 cup vegetable stock or water

Cooking Instructions:

Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the beef mince and cook until browned. Break up any large chunks with a wooden spoon.
Add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook for 3 minutes until softened.
Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
Add the paprika powder, black pepper, tomato paste, soy sauce or tamari sauce and vegetable stock or water to the pan and stir to combine. Simmer for 10 minutes until thickened slightly.
Serve over cooked rice or noodles of your choice. Enjoy!
